Having a plethora of delicious options for food & beverage consumption isn't a bad concept. But what about when many of the daily available choices aren't healthy or preferable towards a daily diet? This is when consumables can become more of a gluttonous vice than necessary. How do we balance the good, with the not-so-good consumption choices?
Also, the quality of sleep can differ greatly from person to person. Some may experience uninterrupted & completely comfortable sleep, while others may have intermittent disruptions or a racing mind while attempting to achieve a respectable night's sleep.
